Domestic
- Singpost and Qexpress are our dedicated courier services.
- Free delivery for every SGD $150 spent.
- Free delivery will not be applicable in conjunction with any sale items or in conjunction with sales period.
- Standard mailing has no tracking number and it takes 7-11 working days.
- Smartpac has a tracking number and it takes 1-3 working days.
- Qxpress next day delivery is available from Monday to Saturday, except on Public Holidays. It is subjected to the Qexpress delivery fleet.
- An email with the tracking number will be sent to your registered email address if you have input your email address with us.
- Astra Fitwear is not liable for any missing articles or any additional postage cost if the article is returned.
- We are not liable for additional postage costs in the case of parcel weight excess. Please select the appropriate option upon check out.
International

- Registered air mail with tracking number provided.
- Free for orders above SGD $350.
