Returns & Exchange

Exchange and Returns

1) Exchange and returns are only valid if:

- Wrong item sent

- Defected item received

- Sizing Unfit (Not applicable for Sales Items)

2) We do not consider discrepancy in placement of prints, sizes or packaging as faulty items and they do not qualify for exchange and returns. For example, the size of flower petals vary and they are not considered as faulty.

3) Please drop us a message on Instagram or Telegram with the request 14 days after you have received your purchase. 

4) Items that are worn for classes, washed, tags not intact or defected upon receiving will not be eligible for exchange, refund or return. 

5) Pole shorts will not be refundable or exchangeable if it was not tried on with underwear or shorts.

6) In the event the requested exchange item is out of stock, store credits (valid for 3 months) will be issued. 

7) Exchanges are free for the first time. Handling fee of $2 will be charged for subsequent exchanges. 

Return Address

1) Astra Fitwear will not be responsible for absorbing any shipping costs for returning of items unless an agreement is made by us. We will send a message with the return address attached.

Measurements

1) Product measurements are provided based on the best accuracy.  

2) In the case that the measurement deviation is +/-0.5", the item may be exchanged according to your preferred size. Store credits will be issued if the item is out of stock.
